Birds are chirping, the sun is shining, and flowers are blooming! There is something about Springtime, and the new life it has to offer. What comes to mind when you think of Spring? For me, it’s Easter. Easter is a special holiday as we remember Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross, as well as Him conquering death!!

I put together an interactive, simple and educational craft that can be done with the family! It’s a great opportunity to share the Easter story with your kids. In this craft, I included the cross AND the tomb, because it’s so important to to talk about the crucifixion and the resurrection. The celebration of Easter wouldn’t exist if Jesus stayed on the cross and in the tomb!

Gather the family together, go on a scavenger hunt, create, learn about Jesus- and have fun while doing it! Let’s get started!

It’s a simple craft, but hopefully one that will become a tradition and stick with your kids for a lifetime!
